Terms of Service

Using JOOK
JOOK is a tool for hosting collaborative listening sessions through your own Spotify account. By connecting your Spotify account as a host, you confirm you have the right to use that account and agree to Spotify's own Terms of Use and Developer Policy.
Hosts
As a host, you control your own session — you can remove queued songs, skip tracks, pause playback, and end the party at any time. JOOK only acts on your Spotify account while your session is active and at your direction.
Guests
Guests don't need a Spotify account or a JOOK account to join a party and suggest songs. Don't use JOOK to add offensive content, spam the queue, or otherwise disrupt a session — hosts can remove songs and end the session at any time.
No warranty
JOOK is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted playback, queue accuracy, or availability — playback ultimately depends on Spotify's service and the host's own device.
